Key Analytical Methods

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

The primary method for assessing peptide purity. Separates a sample into components and quantifies the relative abundance of the target peptide versus impurities. Purity is typically expressed as a percentage of the total peak area.

LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)

Endotoxin Testing (LAL)
